2021 Update

Hello Everyone,  I am just puttering around with my website and noticed it has been quite a while since I updated here.  Lots has changed in the last two years!  We moved to a new town,  restarted life here,  then Covid 19 arrived.  I had to start photographing only us :(  I got a new full time job that I enjoy and things are getting better in our area (we are in the green :) )  Im hoping to do some sessions this summer outdoors at farms with anima...

Hi everyone!  I'm excited to share with you this beautiful gift I made for a Christmas present this year!  I really enjoy repurposing things!  I was out thift shopping with the recipient of this gift in her town for the afternoon,  we came across a dark and dreary storefront and went in.  I spotted this beautifully shaped broken jewerly box and picked it up, checking to make sure the music box in it still worked.  I was pleased to find the mirrored case and music...

Getting Ready for your baby's first shoot

I shoot newborns often and frequently get asked the same questions.  I thought I would write a bit of information out for you to be able to prepare for your session.

The most important thing to remember is that your baby will be very aware of the emotions in the room and can pick up on any anxiety or stress you may be feeling.  I expect that they will cry and that my session may last up to three hours,  I don't mind stopping for you to feed, change or...
